I bought a yota hilux body for my SCX10

I really wanna try and do a cool job on this body.

I plan to have actual rust between the paint and body.

I was kinda thinking of a primer like color. But I cant even find a gray paint on ebay.

Anyone had luck with paints that dont specifically say they are for lexan? I know the krylon paints are supposed to be for plastic...can they work on lexan?

Any thoughts on other colors? I want to make the truck look like it shows its age, but is still in good condition. Most lexan paints are very bright and cause of the body appear glossy and new. I at least want the paint be a color that wont add to the glossy effect of the lexan. No metallics, or "brilliant" in the name.
