I really don't think it is a throttle servo problem. With the cowl off the servo and connection are clearly visible the servo arm did not move and just to be sure it wasn't the servo we held the servo arm so that it could not move and if it did we could feel it moving. It was the first thing we thought of when the engine acted up.
