GUVER, Yeh! thats what i thought when I received the first one. So I called Tower and told them the exact thing. Tower sent me the second one free of charge but the 2nd one is the exact same way. The packaging is very easy to defeat. Only 2 staples holds it together. So I can see someone trying it out and sending it back. You know, the grooves where the backplate contact the propeller seems to be collapsed or smushed down. I dont know....
