RE: H9 Ultrastick CG

The CG listed in the manual is correct. I've had 3 Ultrasticks, the .40, .60, and 1.20, and all build nose heavy. That's why a lot of people, myself included, move the elevator and rudder servos to the tail of the plane. Its easy to do and gives you the added benefit of fairly short, stiff pushrods for these surfaces. Even so, you may also have to move the battery to the back of the wing saddle area or possibly even further back.
