I mounted the E-Flite Power 160 tonight. The spinner and the cowl lined up perfectly. The DLE-30, which this plane was designed for, didn't line up correctly. The Sbach never flew right with the DLE-30. It always had issues with ballooning on landings. I suspect that something was out of alignment on that frame. Since everything lines up properly on this rebuild I'm optimistic that the ballooning problem will go away.
