Thanks again for your help. Ishould have known there would be more than one thread for this bird. As SPAgrows and the number of ARFs and Kits are limited, the Intruder appears to be enjoying a resurgence in popularity. I think it's the least expensive ARF (and one of the best) on the market right now and it's a great flying bird.

Do you still fly your Intruder? Is SPAacive in your area?

Due to growing interest in SPA in our region (TX, OK, AR), SPAhas allowed us to establish a new region ..."SPA West". Last year we had quite a few well attended contests and our club alone hosted 3 contests ....including the "Ft. Worth Open" which is our version of the Masters.
Ifly IMACand SPA and both venues have made me a much better pilot. Practicing not only improves my skills but, it gives me something to do other than just bore holes in the sky.
