Default RE: BEVRC - DISHONEST STORE

Some people misunderstand the way we should evaluate a store. So, I´d like to quote a user from another forum.

<div style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; margin: 5px 20px 20px;"><div class="smallfont" style="font-size: 12px; margin-bottom: 2px;"></div><table cellpadding="5" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="100%"> <tbody> <tr> <td class="alt2" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; border-style: inset; padding: 10px;"> <div>Originally Posted by~&gt;Miha&lt;~</div> <div style="font-style: italic;">If a shop is good or bad you see when there are problems - customer service/support. Not when you pay and you get the goods - that's a matter of course for every shop (unless it's a scam).</div> </td> </tr> </tbody></table></div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;">You are absolutely right.</span><br style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;" /><br style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;" /><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;">When a customer makes a purchase, we expect the product to be shipped as soon as possible and of course we expect to receive it brand new, looking new and working properly. This does not shows how good or efficient a store really is, this is their obligation, we paid for it.</span><br style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;" /><br style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;" /><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;">Now, if you need advice about using the product, if you need technical information about the product or if you receive a defective product, that&acute;s when you&acute;ll know if the store really cares about their customers. That&acute;s the moment you&acute;ll know if customer support is there to HELP you.</span>
