Sorry Pete, i didn't tacho it.  Did you mean a 13*6 for the extended climb with less noise rather than 12*6?
I've got a couple of OS61SFs that I run on pipes, one a throttle pipe the other a full length quiet pipe, both come in under our 80 dBa limit driving high pitch props so I might look into going down that route as well.
