Thank you all for the kind words, it nourishes my soul...

Dave, that's pinstriping tape that I put on, I replicated what the full scale plane had.

Tim, sorry to say that is something I forgot to do. Maskinga planetakes quite a bit of time to do right, I used 1/8" vinyl tape for all the edges except for the scallops, where I used 1/16" pin striping tape (yes, pin striping tape) which goes around tighter radius' better. One of the tricks to get a nice crisp clean edge is to make sure that your tape is clean, whatI mean by that is don't lay your tape on its side where it can and will pick-up junk that will stick to the edge of the roll only to show up later. The second thing is more than obvious, use your finger and press the edges down well for good contact andthird, know when to removeyour tape after you spray. The timewill be different for each type of paint that you use, pull it off too soon and the paint will continue to flow and you will make a mess, too late and you will also not get the edge that your looking for. The best that I can describe is- you know when you get a hot pizza and the cheese is real stringy when you grab a slice? Well this epoxy paint goes through a time where the paintgets kind of stringy or plastic and then it starts to harden, it's the time after it gets plastic and starts to firm up that you want to pull off the tape. I was very happy with how clean the edges were after removing the tape... If it helps Tim, you are more than welcome to come with me when I spray my wing at the shop I can show you instead.

David to answer your question, a plane ticket!
