Matt, That is Matrix...not anything to due with Dupont.
Matrix is a good mid to high end auto paint. Their chemists basicly copied PPG's formulas and
you can cross the two brands on most if not all lines. The only thing I still use in auto is PPG's
clear. For models their MS 42 is a cheaper and works well and many in auto work love it. Base
is an exact match to Deltron DBC
I will disagree on SW sticking to house paint. I've had no problems with it. If you can't find it
local you can get it from Summit racing under their label. The line is the bc/cc and its easy to
tell it by their part number. Wouldn't waste the money on Ultra for model work. If you can
get it locally its cheaper.
BTW I use Dupont as a mainline but its expensive and the above will work well for our models.
