I decided to put my battery up front (first time) and am trying to determine the best way to brace it. You can see the pic below how I have it set up.

I put double sided tape on the top bracket and just zip-tied it. I'm not sure I am comfortable with the zip-ties, mainly because I did not uber-tighten them, simply because I'm concerned about what that sort of tension will do to the battery.

I'm not going to race using this setup, but this should allow to break it in.

What materials would you recommend to brace it?
