Default RE: Which chinese factories make various brushless motor brands?

WHAT DO THESE EMAILS AND COMMENTS TELL US ...? -in posts #56 and #58

1. They tell us that BMI Spitz motors, E-F Torque and Common-Sense-RC motors are all manufactured at Sunray Technology, along with "purple" Hacker motors.

2. We KNOW that E-F Torque and BMI Spitz motors are identical (internally) with, and have the same specs as: Hacker and Z-Hyperion motors;and Pelikan Foxy, LiPolice, OK Hobby Infinite, Shulman Aviation FURY, Gens Ace, Common-Sense-RC, Apache, Pilotage Nova-Line, Precision Aerobatics Thrust motors, -to name but a few ...
And then, of course, we also have the Turnigy SK3 motors, which we know are identical internally to Hacker, and also in general have almost identical specs as Hacker and all the other brands, across the whole motor range.

3. This then, would seem to show us the "typical brands" of Sunray Technology -or at least some of these brands.

4. The above emails / posts also tell us that Sunray Technology does not only make brushless motors, they also make a whole range of ESC's.
-This has only just now been discovered. It was not generally realised before, that Sunray also made a range of ESC's (apart from by the re-brander companies, that actually get their ESC's made by Sunray Tech..).

5. It had been thought previously, thatESC's like Hacker X-Pro; Hyperion Titan; E-F Airboss; and also Common-Sense-RC; Sonic Electric; Gens Ace; Apache, OK Hobby Infinite ESC's -were probably manufactured by ZTW, because some of them use a jumper program card that seemed similar to the ZTW program card.
See: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showp...78&postcount=3
also: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1333719

6. However, this ESC jumper program card, whilst it is very similar between Common Sense RC; Apache, Gens Ace, Lipolice and OK Hobby Infinitecards -We canappreciatefullynow that this card is actually significantlydifferent from the ZTW jumper program card. And now, we can understand why the card isdifferent (-reason:-it is not made by ZTW-it is actually made by Sunray, for the ESC's which THEY manufacture...).

7. Also: If we examine the order of programming parameters for these various ESC's,then we can see that the ESC programming is identical for: E-F Airboss; Common-Sense-RC; Sonic Electric; Gens Ace; OK Hobby Infinite; BMI Spitz standard ESC's; BMI Spitz data log ESC's; Shulman Aviation FURY ESC's; JP E-PRO ESC's; etc

8. In addition, the ESC programming for Hacker X-Pro ESC's, and Hyperion Titan, Apache, Pilotage Nova-Line and LiPolice ESC's is almost identical toE-F Airbossprogramming -they just have a very slightly different order of programming parameters(-and apart from LiPolice, do not have the Restore Factory Default program setting in position 8).

9. The order of programming parameters is COMPLETELY different for a ZTW ESC -and for all the other re-branded ESC's which are made by ZTW (-and they all have identical ZTW programming) -For instance, in ALL ZTW ESC's, program parameter 4 is ALWAYS: Restore Factory Default

10. Very clearly, Hacker X-Pro ESC's, and Hyperion Titan, Apache, E-F Airboss, Common-Sense-RC, Sonic Electric ESC's etc-cannot be made by ZTW.

11. So if it is not ZTW, then which (chinese) factory DOES make all these different brands of ESC's ?

12. It is Sunray Technology, of course. All along it has been Sunray Technology makingthese ESC's, over the last 7 or 8 years -and it never was ZTW ...

13. So: As well as making brushless motors for all of its"typical brands" that Sunray Technology supplies as an OEM manufacturer, Sunray Tech also makes ESC's for almost all of these same brands:
Hacker; Hyperion Titan; Apache; Pilotage Nova-Line; LiPolice; and also E-F Airboss; Common-Sense-RC; Sonic Electric; Gens Ace; OK Hobby Infinite; BMI Spitz standard ESC's; BMI Spitz data log ESC's; Shulman Aviation FURY ESC's; JP E-PRO ESC's; and previously it made ELE-RC "Advance" ESC's (now discontinued) and Watts-Up Hobbies AP 90A ESC (now discontinued);
In addition,Sunray Technoilogy may well make Precision Aerobatics Quantum ESC's, which in many cases look identical to Gens Ace and LiPolice ESC's.

14. It is also highly probable that Sunray Technology make all of the JETI ESC's, since there is a very close relationship betwen Hacker and Jeti. In addition, various other evidence also suggests similarities between Jeti ESC's and many of the "typical" Sunray brand ESC's.

QED - quod erat demonstrandum...-That is enough for now ...
