EXCEED-RC BRUSHLESS MOTORS -from Hobbypartz
http://www.hobbypartz.com/exceedrc2.html
-Looked at these, after carlnokiasked aboutthe Hobbypartz TACON motors, in a previous post. These Exceed motors havea most incredible range:
1.Exceed RC Legendmotors
For Light Weight Planes & Small Quads
-Theseare all exactly the same as the older Tiger motors(now discontinued)
e.g.
http://www.himodel.com/electric/T-Mo...ess_Motor.html
Exceed RC Legend 1304-3400KV T-1304, 8.5g, D16 L11 =T-motor T1304 3400KV
Exceed RC Legend 2008-2000Kv, 31g, D26 L15 =T-motor T2008 2000KV
2. Exceed RC Rocket Motors
Look very nice and well made motors (see pic below); From stator-size2205(33g)all way up to stator 4120(292g)
About 80 motors in the whole range...! -The 3015 range alone, has 12 motors with different Kv's ...!
WONDER WHICH FACTORY MAKES THESE MOTORS ..?(I have no idea -I do not know a factory which makes 12 different 3015 motors..!)
3.Exceed RC Optima Motors
Some of the EDF motors in this range(e.g. Optima EDF Motor 64mm 3800KV) look
exactly the same motors as:Turnigy 2810 EDF 3800kv for 55/64mm fanand also E-Flite BL480 Ducted Fan-These Optima and Turnigy EDF and E-Flite DF motors must all be from same manufacturer (seepics)...

4.Exceed RC Elite Motors
Inrunner motors for park fyers.Identical to the Exceed Elite motorson Exceed-RC website -
http://www.exceedrc.com/eliteseries.html
-Looks like these motorsare made by the Exceed-RC company ...?
5.Exceed RC Helium Motors
Helicopter motors
The Exceed-RC "Monster Power" motors used to be sold by Hobbypartz-now seem to have been discontinued.
However, they are still sold by Exceed-RC -
http://www.exceedrc.com/mopose.html
-It has been generally assumed that these motors were made bythe XYH-EMP factory -
http://en.xingyaohua.com/html/class/213.html
However, I have just realised that these "Monster Power"motors have
IDENTICAL specs to both TACONand E-FLITE motors.
-This might then suggest they are made by the ChinaHimark factory (Himark Electronics) rather than XYH-EMP.
I PRESUMED, SINCE THE MOTORSARE NAMED "EXCEED-RC",THIS SUGGESTEDTHEY ARE MADE BY THE EXCEED-RC COMPANY -
http://www.exceedrc.com/ -It now appears thatExceed-RC probablyhave them made by variousOEM companies, and just slap their brand stickeron. After all, we can see that theExceedLegendmotorsare made by Tiger-Motor and not by Exceed. It therefore seemsthatExceed-RCare not manufacturers, but re-branders.
Pics show: Some of the Exceed-RC Rocket motors, and Optima, Turnigy and E-Flite DFmotors which appear identical
