As much as I value the LT-25, I don't think it fits with the OP engine requirement. It might fly off asphalt with a .15 but I doubt off grass. As to in air flight, a .15 would likely provide adequate basic flight.

Common guys... recommending a LT-40 for a .15 size engine is goofy.
