That 2000 lb capacity scale while great for your RV, would not work well in this application where there is a max tongue load of 150 lbs, the bathroom scale or a fish scale are your best options. On my MC trailer I use a fish scale to set tongue weight at 25 lbs. Tongue weight and a trailer that pulls straight are even mor impotant for a bike.
