When I send someone something that is together and working, and they return it, it better be together not in a thousand pieces and my speaker wires cut so short it is no unuseable!!!!!!!!! IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING DON'T DESTROY THE WIRING JUST TO FAIL!!!!! You better be glad I was generous enough to refund your entire money and lose money because if I had known then what I know now you wouldn't have gotten a dime. Cut wires here, cut wires there. By the way, the recoil is not broken at all. its brand new, odds are you just didn't know how to even use it. Despite all the damage, it will be running in about 45 min. Words of the wise, before you dive into something headfirst, know what your doing.
