I'm a Futaba guy so I can't give you too much help on the JR Programming.

But on the switch that enables crow I would only have it enabled only on landing (full) flaps. You don't want crow on take-off so you can't use your Gear Down switch or Take-Off Flap switch.

Depending on how much crow you have it can have a big effect. Be prepared for a drop in altitude once you switch it on and be ready to switch it off quickly if you don't like it. On my Flash it loves it on my F-18 it drops like a brick.<br type="_moz" />
