I have not measured the tanks yet, but the side tanks should hold about 60 Oz each, the middle tank will/should hold close to 80 oz. I moved the stab and rudder control to the tail end similar to JL f-4. Ithink the center tank will counter the extra weight in the tail.
Your F-4 looks good, I have not decided on the paint scheme yet, but it has to be something that i can actually pull off
