I don't entirely agree. I have a BVM T-33 with BVM EDF. I have the crow mixed so anytime the gear is down the ailerons are up. They don't go up very much, maybe 1/8"-3/16" range. I realize Im killing some lift and adding a very small amount of drag but both are minimal and it helps reduce tip stall and wing walk so the benefits equal or outweigh the negatives. The crow sure helps the landings on this particular airplane.
