Looks like the cylinder head will stick out of the cowl just a little. The distance from the engine box to the backplate looks like it might work out without any mods for the DLE 35RA. The distance for the engine is 6 3/8" and it looks like that will leave a 1/8" gap between the cowl and the back plate. That's a little more than I like but should be fine.
