Captains,

O.K., I took ALL 4.25 pounds of the lead out of the aft endand put roughly 1 3/8 pounds into the starboard bow area to compensate for the port list. Attached are the pictures. Fore and aft balance point? Who knows. I have the feeling that if I try to balance her at 30% she'll ride VERY low in the water.

Now what do you think?
