When my son went in to get his learner's driving permit, they wanted two forms of ID. He used his school ID and his AMA card. That was back when the card was a license. Lady remarked she didn't know you needed a license to fly model airplanes.
The AMA Membership Card is still a "license".
Anyone here ever read any of the AMA Membership Manual?
