Since retirement, i've worked part time teaching 6 students per semester to fly at a university. I'm getting computer upgrades this fall, but I've used RealFlight 3.5 for about 5-6 years now. I don't do as much one on one teaching as you would think, but I do select what they fly and the scenario. They learn well. They also learn coax indoor helicopters. I'm a believer in using sims to learn to fly.
