as far as the servo saver; I have it all apart, and I don't see anything wrong.
there are no spacers or washers. just the round nut( like in you pick) the spring and the 2 plastic pieces the slide apart if the spring gets overpowered.
a washer below the spring would tighten it up, but I'll look closer tomorrow.

what setting do you have your tie rods in the outer hubs?I'm thinking if I move it to "3" the tie rod will have more leverage on the hub and there will be less force transmitted through the saver. But my turning rad will be larger.
