The TEU101BK, TEU104BK and TEU105BK operate the same. The only difference is that the 104 allows LiFe batteries to be used while the TEU101BK does not support them and the 105 has support for some radio systems that do not have a “bec” circuit.

The major plus of the TEU-105BK over its TEU-104BK & TEU-101BK predecessors is the inclusion of a built in BEC. This means the TEU-105BK is a direct fit with modern Rxs, without having to use a separate BEC harness.
