Hello Moderator, how do I post a picture as my avatar. What are the dimensions to use, I see where 85 x 85 is requested. I sized my picture to that and the system said the file was too large. Help. Chic
(85 X 85) Max. 10KB; jpg/gif/jpeg are supported
OK first check that it is 85 by 85, if yes check that the file size is 10 kb or less and finally check that the file extension is jpg or jpeg [better] or gif.
It sounds like your file size exceeds 10 kb. You need to resave it and use an option to
reduce image quality OR
increase compression.
