The P-38 is an awesome aircraft and a very complex model to build R/C. I must have 5 lbs. of wires alone in my model...at least it seem I do. The P-38 is notorious for single engine out of control issues. Every one of the models I've witnessed...in time lost an engine...and unfortunately, every time...they had an uncontrolled very hard landing. You need two bullet proof engines on board and a keen set of thumbs on the Transmitter. Anyone that can keep a R/C P-38 alive and well, has to be a suburb modeler and proficient on the sticks. I'll also add...have a bit of good luck.
