Default Questions on Hacker MasterSpin Pro 99, JR 12X, SpinBox

I am totally new to Spin ESC and SpinBox setup.
I've been using Castle until about a week ago, but found out the brand new Castle 85HV wasn't holding the rpm consistently, so swapped with MasterSpin Pro 99.
By the way, it is with Hacker A60-7S with APC 21x13.5E, and JR 12X.

Right now, I have prop ripping, so will have to change the prop before next flight. Probably will try 22x12 or something similar.

Technical data for A60-7S V2

Technical Data:

Powerrange max. 2400W (15 sec.)
Idle Current at 8,4V 1,2A
Resistance 0,026 Ohm
RPM / Volt 215 U/min-1
Weight 595g
Diameter 60 mm
Length 62 mm
Type 28-Pole
recommended Timing: 25°
Switching Frequency 8 kHz
recommended Prop APC-E 22x12 ~73A at 10S Lipo

Usually I setup idle using throttle trim. I have throttle cut enabled with value of 0. When I move the throttle trim to start motor, initial starting power is way too much (motor starts spinning and about 50% of trim) that the plane can't stay put even on tall grass. So, I have to back the trim back to about 25%.
Is there a way to start motor at same point where I want it to idle?

Current setting shown from the ESC are as below.

Temp Protection: 100 degrees Celcius

[b]Brake: Soft 30/100/1.5s
