I guess I'm not too keen on the idea. It appears to me the stock mount was intentionally designed to be a weak point, so that it is likely to break and save the motor shaft, firewall or front if the fuse. The stock motor mount is inexpensive and easy to replace.
Replacement motor is expensive for the Apprentice, and has an odd bolt pattern. If I were going to replace a motor on one, I see there are adapters on e bay that will let you easily mount a variety of motors to the stock motor mount.
