Hey Phillybaby, its Jim here(contacted you about magnums etc the other day)!I just found this thread last night and trawled through the first 1200 posts! it took me about 4 hours but loads of usefull info was picked up.I'll be getting a kit of Archie in a few weeks
but now my dilemma is should I fit the Rossi 53 from the magnum or my lazer 80 4 stroke.I know your not that fond of 4 strokes but it used to pull the cap round great(before the st90 was fitted) on an APC 14 x 6 at 9500 rpm. I fitted the Rossi with a few large props the other day. 13 x 4 at 12700 and 13 x 4w at 11900 with the purple pipe still set up for the 9 x 9 at 16500! With the weston throttle pipe these rpm's should get a fair bit better.I think both engines are suitable so the question is which one! all views would be helpful.
