Is it new? Assuming it is since you are using the 10x8. Break it in per the instructions, move to a recommended prop like the 12x8 and then get the tuning right.
If its not new, I'm not really sure and will let others respond. The low speed needle shouldn't have needed much turning from the stock location. The high speed needle does need some adjustment.
Thanks mate ill do that yeah it was new. Just bloody was skipping and so sluggish I thought it was going to fall out of the ski. Was like a two stroke with power band LOL
