More pictures of the mould…
In the meanwhile all parts have been rubbed with wax. Uwe Riehm has started working with the fuselage rear part, where he starts again with the parting line.



Next step – fixing the connection pins and applying the resin.


After curing this half of the mould is ready and it can be started with the second part.


In the meantime Uwe also started the wings and control surfaces. In the next picture you can see how Uwe makes the parting line.





To avoid the mould from warping, Uwe reinforces it with steel rails



The rudder and the air intake is ready, now Uwe can start with waxing and painting.






After curing some days the first part of the mould is ready and the work for the second part can begin.









After a short break Peter Glück resumes the work on the other parts of the Alpha Jet. Tank and tank support are planned.
