With the twin tails you will not have a problem. You will need rudder when taking off, as with any plane and the Bronco will fly with only one engine but you shouldn't have that issue!
just remember to turn it with the rudder and only keep the wings level with the ailerons if you do. i have OS .25 FX engines in my small one, and YS .91's in my large one.
had a conversation with a few club members a while ago about prop rotation. Some twins go in the same direction, some have opposite. Some turn to the right, others to the left. I think most today turn in the same direction to keep it simple for maintenance (both (all) engines the same, etc).
