Any way, I gotta make it fly and not fall apart at the first landing.

I peeled the covering of the nose and completely rebuilt the front half of the fuselage. Have to keep myself from rebuilding everything, which is especially hard for the tail feather. The horizontal stab will certainly fold under load--it's a thin plank of soft balsa. I peeled off the covering and discovered a piece of lite ply (which is supposed to reinforce the stab?):
At least it can serve as a good shear web!
