If you are using APC props you can dye them using Rit dye. I have done this with black dye to make them look like CF props but I'm betting you can rig up a jig to hold the tips in the dye solution. The nice thing is no re balancing is needed. It is important to use only Rit brand and to mix with hot Vinegar.
