Jerry,

Your best bet will be hook up 2 6"-12" Extensions coming from your receiver to outside the fuse. That way you can just plug in your ailerons outside the fuse, once connected just slide the connector back inside the fuse and your all set. They will ensure the ailerons stay connected during flight.
