I ran the truck yesterday with the ESC laying flat on the chassis but I hadnt ordered the fan, after 4-5 minutes the heatsink almost burnt my finger! The motor was relatively cool. When it cuts out its only the motor, steering still works.
Maybe I should re-do the deans plugs attached to the ESC incase that is contributing to the heat.
