I liked mhare's idea and tried to find a gear that I would not have to cut. I decided to try the graphtech #127 which is for a H9 funtana. It was around 36 bucks after shipping. The fit is not too bad.... maybe a little wide where it mounts to the fuse, but it is close enough for me. The pic below shows it temporarily in place. I'll just run (2) 8-32's through the existing holes for the wire gear.
