Plus one on the Staybrite!

As far as JB Weld is concerned, using it on a threaded rod screwed into a carbon-fiber pushrod; that is a completely different arrangement. JB Weld will not hold a clevis to a metal rod, period. The aircraft will be lost and bystanders could be put in peril.
