Bought a Arkmodel 212A sub ARR and contacted them for some technical help and to order some parts. They told me since I was not the original buyer and I did not have the original receipt they would not help me!!!!!
What? This has got to be one of the worst companies that I have ever contacted. Stay away do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. AKA Bella Hooben.
