Bought a Arkmodel 212A sub ARR and contacted them for some technical help and to order some parts. They told me since I was not the original buyer and I did not have the original receipt they would not help me!!!!!
What? This has got to be one of the worst companies that I have ever contacted. Stay away do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. AKA Bella Hooben.
Another Chinese let down.

I,m technical support of arkmodel.don't worry about your issue.we can supply permannent support for every user.I think Bella just need invoice number then she can check your product version and status then she can give you correct support.but she is just a sales.so if you have technical problem,please send email to me [email protected].
