I am sure you would have no trouble at all. I fly a 73 inch span J3 cub with a symmetrical wing on it and even at 8 lbs, the ASP 46 on a 3 blade prop has more than enough power. I fly off a rough strip too and no problems at all. I only use full power on long vertical up lines and during snap rolls. Have had two ASP 46 engines and both were as reliable as an OS.
