i would say you got pretty far for being on your own. It, can be a challange even if you are familiar with nitro cars, and airplanes.

Mine was a pain at first. part of the reason was because it had a leaky O ring around the needle, it caused a couple days of frustration till i figured it out and fixed the carb. if you are using the TT 36 or 39, they are notorious for that.

Anyway there is no harm in thinking it over and checking the setup info on www.raptortechnique.com (a lot of the general info and ideas there do apply to your heli too)

The marketplace section of RCU works really well (i used it once a few months ago) I didn't get what i paid fo the stuff, but i got a fair deal, and it didn't take long at all.
