Looks like a early Ralph Cunningham conversion sporting a Spehar muffler

Later Cunningham G62's had the electronics in a Bennett style cup. They also have the carb mounted closer to the head and turned so the throttle will be a straight pull. The later ones had a external pulse line.

Spehar mufflers went out of business but a Chinese company now makes a knockoff listed on the bay.
