I have some spare wood. I am going to try to make some extra pieces to use as braces.
On the right side with the most damage, I would cut that out back to the first former/bulkhead and replace it with a new piece of balsa. If you can;t repair the other side replace it too. Cut some plates out of light-ply if you have or use some square stock to reinforce the joints of the new pieces up against the former on the inside. You will get it . Just take your time ,think about it a few times, measure twice,cut once, etc...
