In theory, yes.
However, I moved the location of the landing gear a bit aft from the Mk1 design, so I'd rather you keep going with a gradual shift of the CG till you reach the point where the plane almost fails on its tail when empty.
Also let me know if you manage to hover it. The Kingtech being heavier and bulkier than the desing engines, it might be a bit different in that configuration.
