I decided to drill the flaps before cutting the flaps free. I will be using 3/16" Robarts for the flaps. These are arranged in modified Flower configuration. I made the drill jig out of scrap 3/4" sheeting. For drilling I used a sharpen piece of 3/16" brass tubing.
