Now, onto the wings! First, I built a fairing for the top of the wing to blend into the top of the fuselage, locator dowels and hold-down screws in place. Next, a shot of the bottom of the wing with all the servos in place. Onto the covering job, with the dreaded wingtips! I chose to use red Monokote on the bottom, and yellow Monokote on top. The tips came out much better than I had hoped. It just took a lot of heat, stretching, and pulling. Finally, on to the fuel tank plumbing and engine mounts. We're getting close to the end now!
