servos mounted, just need to cut the control rods to length.
motor mount made (just a stick glued in place)
the motor is back farther than I intended, and the prop shaft will have the prop fully behind the plane. Oh well.
adding the motor shifted the CG WAY back. Im waiting on new lipo packs to arrive. I hope a lipo up front will move the CG back where it needs to be.

this thing may not fly...but at least im learning some about how to construct correctly (as many mistakes have been made already)
