Enjoy your Tiger 1 build, I can vouch for ETO parts as that is where I bought most of mine for my build, except for the Impact gearboxes and tracks.

Since I battle with mine I avoided adding PE as most of the parts are very thin without much strength. I would suggest you search the forum here and check out some of the many Tiger 1 build threads. You will acquire a lot of expertise from some great builders on the forum, just like I did.
